Scott Swayze is the Chief Executive Officer for LaunchPad Home Group, responsible for the strategic direction, vision, growth and performance of our growing portfolio of companies.

A seasoned executive with 20 years of experience across the home inspection and home services industry. Scott is known for achieving exponential growth, maximizing operational excellence and exceeding financial targets. His collaborative approach to leadership has enabled Scott to generate rapid performance across all business segments, resulting in significant value creation for shareholders.

Scott most recently served as the CEO for Max Home Inspections, where he worked with the founding partners to drive expansion and lead operations. These efforts resulted in a partnership with RFE Investments, a private equity group based out of Connecticut. This relationship was the catalyst for what LaunchPad is today. Prior to joining Max Scott was the founder and CEO of Insight Inspections located in Austin TX. Under Scott’s leadership Insight grew into one of the premier Inspection providers in Texas, which led to a lucrative exit in 2019. Before Insight Scott was the Executive Director at Moore Construction leading both the commercial and residential services divisions. Scott was responsible for managing complex projects and driving multiple revenue streams that increased revenue 10X over a 5-year period.

When he’s not shaking things up in the world of home inspections, Scott can be found spending time with his wife Stephanie and his son Connor. His hobbies include snowboarding, spending time on the lake and losing golf balls on local courses.

Andy is responsible for all financial & accounting functions within Launchpad, including analysis & budgeting, acquisition diligence & financial integration, financial reporting, cash management, and audit/tax. Andy brings over 10 years of experience as a strategic CFO working in the trades, consumer products, and education industries. In addition to financial roles, Andy has held multiple COO positions and leverages this operational experience to develop actionable insights that drive both growth and profitability.

Prior to joining LaunchPad Andy had been the CFO at multiple Austin based companies owned by private equity firms. At all companies, Andy focused on developing the finance team into a group that served both internal and external customers in a proactive, insightful manner. Most recently Andy was the CFO at Freedom Solar Power a multi-state, Solar Panel Installer, and financially led it through an evolving industry. Previously, Andy was the CFO at Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning and supported the diligence and integration of multiple acquisitions.

Andy graduated from Northwestern University where he played water polo and received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. Outside of work, his days are mostly filled with his son’s activities, and being an extremely average runner and golfer.

Josh Furman serves as Chief Operating Officer of LaunchPad Home Group, where he leads the development and execution of the company’s operational strategy across its growing portfolio of home inspection and home services brands.

Josh brings nearly 15 years of combined legal and operational leadership experience, with a proven track record of building systems, developing talent, and driving organizational growth at scale. Since joining LaunchPad, he has played a key role in strengthening the company’s operating infrastructure, supporting acquisition integration efforts, and helping build the processes and teams that enable consistent execution across markets. He is passionate about identifying, developing, and elevating the talent around him, and believes sustainable growth is built on both innovative systems and high-performing teams.

Prior to joining Launchpad, Josh practiced civil litigation for nearly a decade, focusing on business disputes, advertising law, and regulatory matters — work that sharpened his analytical thinking and instincts for complex, novel problems. His connection to the home inspection industry, however, goes back much further: he grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona watching his parents build the Valley’s largest home inspection company from the ground up.

Josh lives in Arizona with his wife, an emergency room physician, and their growing family. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, fitness, and exploring new cuisines and wines.

As the Chief Marketing Officer at LaunchPad Home Group, Shayna Bane spearheads the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and position the company for growth. With more than 10 years of experience leading marketing initiatives for omnichannel B2B and B2C companies, Shayna has consistently achieved impressive results by scaling brands authentically and thinking outside the box. Her experience spans industries ranging from Manufacturing to Outdoor to Non-Profit to Food + Beverage and beyond.

Prior to joining LaunchPad, Shayna served as the CMO for Summer Moon Coffee, where she played a key role in driving significant COVID-era growth. Shayna established company-wide processes and departments, fostered a collaborative culture, and leveraged her branding and marketing expertise to transform a family-owned business into a national coffee franchise. Under her leadership, the company expanded from 18 units in one state to 45 nationwide. Shayna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing and PR from Baldwin-Wallace University in Cleveland, OH.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Ryan and senior rescue pup Cholula. Her hobbies include practicing yoga, cooking, traveling, and exploring new restaurants in Austin.

Lasen McGettigan serves as Launchpad Home Group’s Chief Human Resources Officer. She brings over 10 years of diverse HR leadership experience with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful people programs that drive business success.

As CHRO, Lasen leads the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives. She is passionate about cultivating a positive and inclusive work environment where employees feel valued and empowered. Lasen understands that a strong company culture is essential for attracting and retaining top talent, and she is dedicated to fostering synergies across the organization that drives a collaborative culture with high employee engagement.

Prior to joining Launchpad, Lasen served as the Chief People Officer for Eventus Systems, an enterprise SaaS technology firm, where she implemented a global people strategy encompassing learning and development, organizational structures, performance management, talent management, compensation philosophy, and employee engagement. Her previous experience was in the energy industry, where she served as the Head of Human Resources at ARM Energy and spearheaded HR operations, talent management, and employee retention initiatives. 

In her free time, she enjoys giving back to the community and mentoring HR professionals. Additionally, she loves spending time with her family and friends, traveling the world with her husband, and partaking in outdoor adventures.

As LaunchPad’s Chief Business Development Officer, Wade is a key member of our executive leadership team. He specializes in developing and executing business growth strategies, securing new opportunities, increasing revenue streams, and building our market presence.

Over the past 20+ years, Wade has managed over 200,000 home inspections while building several real estate service companies throughout the Colorado area. In 2008, Wade founded what would become one of the largest home inspection companies in the United States, Axium Inspections, along with Axium Academy: an industry-respected home inspector school whose graduates have performed over 100,000 inspections to date. Through his direction, Axium grew exponentially, spreading to 25 markets across the country and becoming the first nationwide, independently-owned inspection company.

Wade was raised in West Plains, MO and now calls Broomfield, CO home with his wife and daughter. Wade enjoys figuring out the latest technologies, traveling, wineries, and watching the Kansas City Chiefs.

As chief performance officer, Erin is a member of the financial planning and analysis team who works cross-departmentally to determine and communicate best practices for LaunchPad’s brand partners. Erin, who has served as a financial coach for home inspection business-building organization Inspector Empire Builder since 2020, has privately coached over 100 inspection companies in the past four years. She takes a holistic approach to helping businesses thrive and combines her deep knowledge of the inspection industry with a desire to understand the “why” behind the numbers. By translating LaunchPad’s strategic vision into accessible, actionable plans, she drives profitability.

Prior to joining LaunchPad, she coached inspection and real estate clients and wrote business plans for a variety of industries, from nonprofits to manufacturing and craft brewing. Through her consultancy, We Speak Numbers – The Language of Business Simplified, Erin’s business plans achieved a 100% loan approval rate with a top 10 SBA lender.

Erin credits her ability to make sense of business numbers to an equally creative and analytical skill set. Her undergraduate degree was in the humanities (B.A., Art, Minor in French, University of Delaware), and her graduate degree was in the sciences (M.B.A., College of Charleston). Before earning her MBA, Erin owned and operated an Orvis-endorsed fly-fishing store for ten years.

She lives with her fiancé in historic Frederick, Maryland. When not working, they enjoy time on the Chesapeake Bay pickin’ (blue crabs, guitar), paddlin’ (stand-up paddleboards), and pokin’ around waterfront restaurants and dock bars.

Alan Rice is President of EverHome, LaunchPad Home Group’s homeowner services division. Alan is responsible for the strategy, growth, and operations of EverHome, expanding LaunchPad’s relationship with homeowners beyond the inspection through ongoing home management, maintenance, repair, and improvement solutions. He brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience building and scaling consumer service, marketplace, and technology businesses.

Prior to joining LaunchPad, Alan spent more than a decade at Angi, where he held executive leadership positions across several business units. During his tenure, he led teams focused on operations, customer experience, marketplace growth, product strategy, and business transformation, helping scale the company’s homeowner and contractor platforms through periods of significant growth. Throughout his career, Alan has built high-performing organizations focused on operational excellence, customer experience, and sustainable business growth.

Alan earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and supporting youth sports in his community.

Richard J. Ramirez is an experienced Vice President with over 20 years of expertise in driving technology and marketing initiatives within the home services industry. He possesses a unique ability to effectively balance the strategic vision with the operational details, resulting in seamless integrations and exceptional outcomes. As a leader, Mr. Ramirez has a demonstrated track record of delivering innovative and impactful results. He has an in-depth understanding of the home services industry and a strong commitment to helping homeowners achieve their goals. With his exceptional leadership skills and reputation as a trusted partner, Mr. Ramirez has consistently provided solutions that meet the needs of homeowners.

Mr. Ramirez’s career highlights include serving as Vice President of Home Services at Max Home Inspections where he drove the company to 25% year-over-year growth, expanding business lines and entering new markets. As Founder and President of reHOME Repair & Remodel Company, he used an innovative estimation process to boost sales conversions by 30% changing the way homeowners evaluate the bidding process.

Outside of work, Mr. Ramirez is happily married with four amazing children. He loves playing disc golf with his family and is absolutely horrible at fantasy football.
