Longtime Inspector Empire Builder Coach Erin Guyton to drive profitability for nation’s premier home inspection and residential services company
AUSTIN, Texas, December 2, 2024 — LaunchPad Home Group (“LaunchPad”), the nation’s leading provider of home inspection and residential services, has named Erin Guyton as Chief Performance Officer.
Guyton, who has served since 2020 as the financial coach for home inspection business-building organization Inspector Empire Builder, has privately coached more than 100 inspection businesses and has written award-winning business plans across multiple industries.
At LaunchPad, she will work cross-departmentally to deliver solutions to market challenges and to create best practices for all of LaunchPad’s brand partners.
